Looking at kills, we can see that the four basic enemy types (that start unlocked) are by far the most commonly killed.
Agreed; seems to roughly correlate to unlock order.
Lord Gobb is getting killed a lot. He always spawn in Hobbler’s Hold, so it was inevitable.
I notice Jormungandr is second. This seems to indicate that Southern Swamp comes second to Hobbler's Hold in terms of overall successful boss kills. I'd argue that Southern Swamp is the easiest level after Hobbler's, so that makes sense to me.
The fact that the three tutorial bosses rank very highly on the list is another interesting aspect. It either means there's a large player attrition rate after the tutorials, or players are replaying the tutorials extensively.
The fine sword tops both lists here, probably since it’s the most obvious “give me damage” item, so new players are likely to favor it.
Veterans use it extensively, too. It's one of the best - if not the
best - items you can find for a low-level character. For a young kingdom with limited gold reserves, it's pretty much the only
thing I prep. Until you get the Orc, there's basically no other source of appreciable amounts of base attack, to say nothing of its synergy with the human racial bonus.
It seems like the Berserker Camp and Doubledoom are either easier than the other dungeons, or only attempted when plays feel quite confident.
Berserker Camp is the only dungeon in the game that is much less challenging than the dungeon you need to beat to unlock it. As a result, anyone who can play the dungeon is more than ready to win it. Double-doom is another late unlock.
Avg. Boons per Worship 1.77
Whoa! That is low
. I wonder what's causing that?
JJ is actually averaging less than 1 boon per worship
. The practically-assured death as part of his unlock sequence probably has a lot to do with this... but still, that means that there are a significant
number of players who never purchase a single boon from JJ. Mystera is also shockingly low, given that she has a "gimme" boon that costs a paltry 5 piety to purchase, so not purchasing a second boon is a bit of an eye-opener. Earthmother is also quite low due to having many inexpensive boons to pick from.
One question, though: how is a reset counted in your stats?
