At time of writing, 35 achievements are available on the Steam version of Desktop Dungeons.

Recycler Get 6 full conversions in one dungeon run

Tip: Use either the Fewer Glyphs preparation or play as a  Transmuter

Monster Masher Kill an enemy one level above you (any standard dungeon)

Goliath Gutter Kill an enemy three levels above you

Titan Toppler Kill an enemy five levels above you

Colossus Crusher Kill an enemy seven levels above you

Supreme Slayer Kill an enemy nine levels above you

Popcorn Bowl Earn extra experience from five enemies in a standard dungeon run while they're  Slowed

Punchomancer Destroy ten walls with  PISORF in one standard dungeon run

Tip: Prep  Binlor Ironshield to guarantee  PISORF glyph

Look Ma, No Hands In a standard dungeon, kill any enemy with the  Burning effect by striking another foe

Tank Reach 200 maximum health

Tip: Play as a  Dwarf Priest, prep  Troll Heart or  Dwarven Gauntlets, prep Fewer Glyphs.

Archmage Reach 25 maximum mana

Tip: Play as  Elf Sorcerer, prep Extra Mana, worship  Mystera Annur.

Sponsor Upgrade any hero guild to level 3

Sim City Fully upgrade your Kingdom

Difficult Decisions Replace a locker item when all guild slots are full

Hero Literate Complete all bronze challenges

Dungeoneer Complete all silver challenges

Guildmaster Complete all gold challenges

You Suck Unlock the  Vampire

Thousand Pound Stare Unlock the  Gorgon

How Did They Even ... Unlock the  Half-Dragon

Irresistible Break completely through an enemy's physical or magical resistance

Level Cannon Gain a level in the middle of a fight to defeat a regular level 10 boss

Cauterise The Wound Block 1000 points of regeneration with  Burning or Poison

No Returns Policy Immediately convert ten items bought from standard dungeon shops

One Weird Trick Petrify an enemy, then earn more than double its experience value on your next kill

RoboCop Have  Might,  Death Protection and  Stone Skin active at the same time (from glyphs or other sources)

Theologian Discover all God likes and dislikes

Apostate Spend piety on two different Gods in one dungeon

Polytheist Spend piety on four different Gods in one dungeon

One-Inch Punch Reach 150 total damage

Typhoid Mary Use five different poison cure methods in a single dungeon run

Tip: Prep  Glowing Guardian for his Cleansing boon(1), Use a  Health Potion(2), level up(3),  Fortitude Tonic(4) and  HALPMEH or  Viper Ward(5) (need to buy in dungeon, not prep). For better chances of finding  Viper Ward and  HALPMEH, prep Extra Glyphs and Quest Items and go with a  Tinker (2 extra shops).

Waste Not, Want Not Waste fewer than 50 tiles of regeneration to win a standard dungeon run

Boy Scout Spend at least 300  on preparations for a single dungeon run

Masochist Spend 100 hours in the dungeons
