Locations
These wraiths are the tormented souls of those who froze to death. They have weak stats, but their combination of 
Curse Bearer, 
Physical Resist, and fairly large amounts of 
Frostbite make them quite painful to melee. They tend to go down pretty easily to fireball heavy builds, but you'll still have to deal with some curse and probably a bit of frostbite.
