Difference between revisions of "The Divine Forge"

1. Use  PISORF on the Tower of Goo twice. Make sure that you're pushing him into a wall.
2. Drink your  Mana Potion.
3. Use  PISORF one last time, destroying that last wall.
4. Worship at the altar, and select  Stone Skin.
5. Kill the Tower of Goo.

Solution 1:

1.  PISORF the  Druid into one of the corner walls surrounding the Tower of Goo.
2.  PISORF the  Druid directly south.
3. Worship, and select  Stone Heart and  Stone Skin.
4. Attack the Tower of Goo once.
5. Kill the  Druid.
6.  PISORF the Tower of Goo while standing on the spot of the first wall that you demolished. It should land in the opposite corner.
7. Use  PISORF one last time to demolish the middle segment of the back wall.
8. Convert  PISORF.
9. Attack the Tower of Goo twice, killing it.

Solution 2:

1.  PISORF the  Druid into a corner tile.
2.  PISORF the  Druid into the Tower of Goo.
3. Request  Stone Heart twice.
4. Kill the  Druid.
5.  PISORF the Tower of Goo into 2 walls, first diagonally down, then horizontally. It will have 13 hp.
6. Convert  PISORF.
7. Hit the boss twice to win.

This puzzle is wide open and has many different solutions. They can be loosely categorized as using mostly

1. resist reduction of the boss, or
2. increasing hero's resists, or
3. using knockback.

See below three different solutions showing 3 different strategies:

Solution 1(using mostly resist reductions):

1. Select  Stone Soup. Then, select  Stone Heart five times. Finally, select  Stone Skin.
2. In this order, attack the Druid once, and then attack the boss once.
3. Pick up  ENDISWAL, and use it twice. (Note: you will be using numerous mana potions to complete this puzzle, so use them as needed. This guide assumes that you know when they are needed.)
4. Kill the  Druid.
5. Destroy five walls, then Worship and select  Stone Form.
6. Attack the boss once.
7. Destroy three walls, and select  Stone Skin.
8. Attack the boss once.
9. Destroy three more walls, and select  Stone Skin again.
10. Attack the boss once.
11. Destroy two walls, and then attack the boss three times, killing him.

Solution 2(increasing hero's resists):

1. Request  Stone Soup and pick up  ENDISWAL.
2. Request  Stone Form.
3. Destroy 1 wall with  ENDISWAL.
4. Hit the boss once.
5. Request  Stone Skin.
6. Hit the  Druid once.
7. Request  Stone Skin.
8. Kill the  Druid.
9. Destroy walls and keep getting  Stone Skin until you have 26% Magic Resist.
10. Hit the boss once.
11.  ENDISWAL one wall.
12. Hit the boss again.
13. Repeat the last 2 steps until the boss is dead. You will have 61 wall remaining. You can even request more  Stone Skin if you have enough piety during the boss fight.

Solution 3(using knockback):

1. Request  Stone Soup,  Stone Form,  Stone Fist, and pick up  ENDISWAL
2. Hit the boss once diagonally up.
3.  ENDISWAL 3 walls at the bottom.
4. Hit the  Druid once.
5. Request  Stone Skin.
6.  ENDISWAL 2 walls at the bottom.
7. Kill the  Druid.
8.  ENDISWAL 3 walls at the bottom, request  Stone Skin. Repeat again. until you have 22% magic resist.
9. if needed,  ENDISWAL a wall 1 higher than the boss and 2 squares to the side so that you could hit the boss into walls continuously for 5-6 hits.
10. Knock the boss into 4 walls in melee.
11. Request  Stone Skin.
12. Melee the boss again to kill him.
