Prototype 1 is a fairly unassuming enemy at first. Every time it dies, it splits into 2 with each half having half the last form's HP. It will split four times, eventually ending up as 8 forms of 27 HP. The Unstable trait is the threat here, as the forms get less HP, it becomes harder to weaken them and avoid Unstable's effects, and odds are split 3 and 4 will unavoidably explode on physical strikes and cause you major damage. Burndayraz is a costly way to do "low" damage and reduce the explosion damage, and first strike will save a huge amount of damage as well if you can manage it (otherwise, you will need to spend even MORE mana burning the final forms as a replacement.) The final blob of Prototype 1 will award experience and a trophy to sell.
Prototype 3 is a stonewall of a boss, featuring high HP and resists. The only ways to get through the boss is to either pierce through his defenses with BYCEPPS, Really Big Sword, or Chaos Avatar, or simply nuke it down with an intense physical assault backed with resistances and staying power of your own.

The final boss of Flooded Foundry, and the creator of all the golems. The Jealous Apprentice isn't actually that much of a threat with some proper preparation. To start with, always take a Corestone in to make an exit back to the main dungeon, and any extras should be placed around the boss to make additional angles of attack. Every time it takes damage, the boss warps you away and spawns a level 10 golem adjacent to itself, which could either be a standard Golem, Steel Golem, Arcane Golem, Flint Golem, Golem Arbiter, or Sapphire Golem. The good news is, all of them except Golem Arbiter are EXP valuable, and that Arcane Golems can be chased off in a single hit. The boss's relatively low HP means that with a few extra spots set up around the Apprentice and decent luck, it should die before you get significantly overwhelmed with the especially problematic golem types, even with its resistances. Be aware that Burning stacks will also spawn golems, so even though Burndayraz is completely unresisted, it can make even more golems to deal with.
